What can I do about my apartment internet?

My apartment in Virginia is making me use telcom systems LLC. It's awful service, and the company seems really sketchy. They have no website, and you have to mail in your payments . They rarely answer the phone , and when they do they don't know anything. Is there anything I can do, just besides trying to live without internet access?

well....i figure there's one thing u could do, if u have unlimited data plan of your carrier in your state, then it's done, buy a 3G/4G router, then u could have internet at anywhere.
