1 - You can create 100 e-mail addresses from your host name and have them forwarded to another e-mail address for example

ceo@myhost.co.uk - anyone sends e-mail forward to thebigboss@gmail.com
sales@myhost.co.uk - anyone sends e-mail forward to theminions@gmail.com

and you can have 100 of these emails all starting <username>@<domain name> and forwarding to somewhere else.

You have to pay extra for this option on top of your hosting

2. Is the same idea, but it limits you to just 50 e-mails, so if you want to create more than 50 e-mail addresses for the various people or departments in your company then you'll need option 1.

If your a small business with small staff numbers then option 2 is far more better than option 1, but if you want to expand or are a large business then option 1 is good.
