How do I ask a question on Yahoo Answers?

I have a question to ask and I heard about Yahoo Answers as a good place to ask, but how do I ask one?
Ok, thanks so far guys. I have tried a couple of the answers so far and my computer is now unable to boot up. I think someone told a lie.

you just have, just make sure you post the question in the correct subject, and supply as much detail as possible

First, Go to chrome, second, delete everything on your computer, then come back and type 69 in the search bar and you will ask a question on Yahoo Answers! (: hope this helped

You just did. Do the same thing again and you will be asking questions in no time.

goto C:\windows and delete everything. Then an activation code will be sent to your computer allowing you to ask questions.
