How can I crash my Internet connection?

My roommate keeps me up at night while she talks on Skype. When I ask her to be quiet, she is incredibly rude and argumentative (to say the least). I need some way to crash my Internet connection on command. I have an optical fiber connection and the network is a Wi-Fi router if that helps.
Also, it needs to look like there are technical problems in order to avoid any more personal conflicts.

If she's using your computer you have the right to tell her not to, or maybe you can say that you need sleep!
