Problems with google chrome?
I recently changed from internet explorer 8 to google chrome because of problems with explorer 8. google chrome has been working great but for one thing. I do not seem to be able to use anything else google, for example google maps or Translator. I have always used google before as my home page, now I do not seem to be able to use it. Any suggestions on how to solve these problems would be welcome.
Many Thanks
Thanks Harry re-installed working just fine now

Google Chrome has alot of current compatability issues and many other thing. if you are not happy with IE7/8 may i suggest using Firefox untill a fix/upadate for google chrome is released.

Can you please elaborate.
1. The trouble might be with your computer also. Due to errors from your uninstallation etc.
2. Google chrome definitely has hassles but i don't think i ve had trouble using maps or translator on chrome. I would advice you to either reinstall or use an alternate browser

I prefer Mozilla Firefox. I never have the internet issues that I did with Explorer. Like the other browsers you probably just need to reset your homepage. Spyware may have inadvertently changed yours. Google works great on Firefox! I like Google, but I didn't like Google Chrome. Just my preference.
