Help! Can't connect to the VPN Connection?

Help! Can't connect to the VPN Connection?
When I tried to connect to VPN it says

"Cannot load dialog.

Error 764: No card reader is installed."

How to fix this problem?

What VPN service are you using it.. might be free vpn not supporting your Internet try another vpn or ask your ISP ..
