How to make the WWE program less stale.?
How to improve a stale WWE product.
It is time for change. This current era needs a change. The “PG Era” needs ended. I can feel it happening. The muscle guys aren’t interesting anymore, people just want the normal guys who can wrestle, entertaining storylines and matches and unpredictability. It is time for the reality era. Social media, fan interaction, real life storylines. Social media has already started with # and youtube. However storylines need more realism now. Now if I was in charge I would change a few things and this what I would do.
1.Get rid of main event and superstars.
I would do this. Waste of time and talent. Main event might be ok but supserstars is awful and to much wrestling at this point. I think Raw on Mondayand Smackdown on a Friday is whats best for business. Keep NXT on the Thursday but that is doing its own thing. On a Wednesday however I think there should be a 1 hour show, hosted by Renee Young, where it’s something like This week in WWE but instead it tells us results, major things that happened on raw and the past smackdown, has sit down interviews to enhance storylines, special guests, backstage news, rumours are spoke about and loads of fan interaction is involved with maybe a viewer call in thing. Think this would help bring the realism back.

2.Separate Raw and Smackdown again and What to do with Smackdown.
I think they should be completely separated again and have their own rosters, titles, stages, feuds and commentary team. Make Paul Heyman the GM and he drafts his roster and introduces the World Smackdown Championship. He should also bring back the cruiserweight title and Smackdowns own tag titles, basically its own division. The moto ‘We fight on Friday Nights’. Showcase new superstars. The draft was also fun and entertaining. Would also be good to tune in and see the cruiserweights.

3.What to do with Raw then?
Have the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on this brand, the original tag titles and a unified IC and US titles. Keep Cole and King and the stage just now. I think it should be reduced back to two hours per show. Just keep it raw and keep it smackdown, split until my other point coming up.

4.WWE Schedule.
Jan- Royal Rumble, Feb- Elimination Chamber, April- Wrestle mania, May- Extreme Rules, June- Payback, August- Summser-slam, Sep- Night Of Champions and October- Redesigned Survivor Series. Have an offseason between October and January for creative to plan ahead, give them time to plan a very good WM season and the talent some rest time. Most things should end in a cliff hanger though. The weekly interview show on a Wednesday will continue though, to keep us up to date. Have the Raw and Smackdown first return episode of the year very exciting and surprises.

5.PPV Ideas.
Bring back a king of the Ring tournament. Have the qualifier matches between royal rumble and Wrestlemania and have the finals at Wrestlemania. Easy, entertaining booking and good to see an old tournament back. Also something added to the Wrestlemania card, something exciting.
Payback- Have a tournament drawn here. A list of superstars are pulled out the tumbler and matches are made for the newly annually WWE tournament. The final is at Summerslam and the semi-finals take two weeks before summerslam to give some time for a tiny bit of build up to this final. Winner gets title shot at Night of Champions. The qualifying matches can also start feuds, like someone gets eliminated and cost the man their next match in the tournament or something.
Survivor Series. This has so much history and is one of the big four. It has went downhill, big time and needs refreshed. So I say every year, to end the WWE season, I think they should move it to October and mix it with bragging rights. To end the WWE year we will have a Smackdown vs Raw ppv. Tag team champs from each brand wrestle, minor title champions wrestle, World Champs wrestle and a 5 vs 5 match, raw vs smackdown. What a way to end the year, a sense of competition and the trophy of the better brand will be the winning brands for the next year. Also two number one contenders matches, one for the smackdown world title and one for the wwe title for the royal rumble. Good way to end the year I think! Two number one contenders and a competition.

This is what I would do to the actual WWE programming, like the shows, not what I would do to the actual content and storylines and entertainment, that will be up later, this is just what I would do to the programming to make it more fresh and fun an bring the realism.
Please comment if you agree, what you would do different!

'The “PG Era” needs ended:
- PG Era Not The Problem! We're in the Universe Era, that's the actual term for the Era we're in.

1.Get rid of main event and superstars.
- Because Spreading out Wrestlers that don't get seen on the major shows is a 'BAD THING' Right?

2.Separate Raw and Smackdown again and What to do with Smackdown.
- I actually like this idea. Monday Night RAW! Vs Friday Night Smackdown! Would leave us with less exposure, over exposure is the problem; If Monday Night RAW! and Friday Night Smackdown! all fought for the same major Title with the General Managers attempting to out do themselves that would be Best For Business.

3.What to do with Raw then?
- What's everybody's with Three Hour Monday Night RAW!s?

4.WWE Schedule.
- Pay-Per View Schedule is perfectly fine.

5.PPV Ideas.
- World Wrestling Entertainment doesn't need to bring back any old Pay-Per Views; They just need to give Pay-Per Views purpose again. They've started to turn into Total Nonstop Action Lockdown Pay-Per Views a Gimmick a Pay-Per View.'

Personally I think the problem is Professional Wrestling Tapeworms, not World Wrestling Entertainment. These Ideas are all and good, but they barely skim the top of Professional Wrestling. How should WWE use talent better, what Storylines would you write for WWE; how would you promote the product. Also don't forget you are dealing with NBCUniversal on the side and groups badgering you for being Professional Wrestling and past issues you've had.

Give me one awesome story line and make good promos. I mean make it really good... make it so entertaining that I have to tune in again as a viewer. Give me a reason to watch World Wrestling Entertainment again. I don't care what it is... maybe The Undertaker comes back and kidnaps John Cena's father. Cena has to try and save his dad before Undertaker buries him alive. I don't know anything with shock value like the old days. I don't want boring story lines that never last and I don't want the same old matches. So if we went with what I just said Cena vs Undertaker in a submission match at Unforgiven. You know the sky is the limit.... WWE can try harder.

I have no problem with the PG Rating. The Rating doesn't affect the product.

1. I would get rid of 3 hour Raw's. Three hours of Raw, Two hours of SD, NXT, and Main Event that's too much wrestling.

2. Raw and Smackdown should feel like different shows, but they don't. A lot of thing we see on Raw, we see on SD. I agree with you on this.

3. Again I agree

4. Off-season, This isn't Baseball. I think there should be less PPV's.

5. Bring back King the Ring. Money in the back should be at Wrestlemania. It shouldn't be it's own PPV.

Agree with #2 and #3 but Raw should return to a 2 hour format and Smackdown move back to Thursday.

- Allow Vintage Collection, Bottomline, Afterburn and Experience to be unifed with AM Raw to become WWE After Dark[a show with full clips/recaps/highlights from Raw & Smackdown, news & notes, classic matches from Pre-2007 and no hosts]

- Have NXT, This Week, Kickoff and Free 4 All merge together with Main Event to rebranded itself as "Sunday Starrcade" with Renee Young, Tom Phillps & Bryon Saxton as the commentary team because the program can be 100% mix of Shotgun Saturday Night, Jakked/Metal, Sunday Night Heat, Velocity and Main Event. Superstars will get cancelled entirely.

- PPVs can trim down from 12 to 10 in which the new PPV schedule look like this: January- Royal Rumble, February-Fully Loaded, March- Wrestlemania, April- Vengance, May-Spring Stampede, July- Great American Bash, August-Summerslam, October-Fall Brawl, November- Survivor Series, December-New Year's Revloution

- Replace The King with either Edge, Booker T or Triple H as the commentator

Hire real pro wrestling fans as writers and not Hollywood writers
