How to make facebook videos?
I always see videos on facebook that automatically play sometimes and I was wondering what website people are using to make these videos. Is it instagram, vine???

depends on the people.... usually youtube

but you can also upload videos directly to facebook

Yes, there are many tool available to make this type of flash video that play automatically.
You just upload it into Facebook.
They play automatically.
