Omegle video chat on ipad?

I was using omegle on safari in my ipad. I was text chatting but the problem is this- if you are text chatting on ipad's safari from omegle , but the second person is on the computer, can he/she see you? I dont know whether the person clicked on the video chat option, but is it possible for the second person to see you if she is on computer whilst you are on ipad?

Ps :I dont have the omegle app, i use it on the browser.

This question was roused when a person told me that i was beautiful while i was on my ipad text chatting..

If you are text chatting second person not see you on video chat. don't worry if second person wants to see on video it will be requested to video chat.
