Trouble downloading audio files?
Hello.

I just recently purchased an record that came with a free digital download code. I went to the website, typed in the code, and the album started to download...as a word document. Hence, making it impossible to listen to or even open.

I use Google chrome and I use an HP computer with Windows 7.

Does anyone know what is going wrong?

Try right-clicking on the file to download and clicking "Save As", then changing the extension to .mp3?
