Why are E-Cigarettes allowed to Advertise on the TV?
Tobacco products can't be advertising on tv by law but e-cigarettes are allowed why is this?

E-cigarettes are not classified as tobacco products. They do not contain any tobacco. They do not produce smoke, and do not contain any of the harmful chemicals traditional tobacco/cigarette smoke does (besides Nicotine).
