What is wrong with my computer?
Recently my computer has started to do strange things the main problems are.

Not streaming video's other than youtube video's on google chrome.
slow streaming on everything but youtube.

does anyone know a solution for this problem?

Probably malware of some sort or other download and run https://www.malwarebytes.org/free/ and see if that does it. It might also be useful to delete temp files and cookies on your internet browser.

Install silverlight , The new Microsoft update need silverlight installed

Could also run system restore to an earlier date before it went weird on you
