Need help as far as internet connection issues go?
OK.

On my other laptop, it says I have internet connection but I cannot connect to the internet, when I diagnose the problem it says it won't accept the connection?

What can I do to fix this?

ur sure it says it has internet connection... it could be saying it's got a network connection... and that's awhole other thing...
