I have tried so many friends but didn't succeeded .
Problem with me is I have Nice brain full of Ideas And concept (With feasible Logic)
which can be implemented and proved.

But because poor education I am lacking

Can Engineers In the field Of Mobile application,Electronics,& Sensors developments
who can help me to designed new concept in the field of Mobile application.

Its a unique And Nice concept.This concept I cant share public its something new in mobile industry.

Why not look for coders and programmers in freelancing sites like Fiverr? Later, you may share your idea with them and hire them to get your job done!
