on facebook, can you switch your "posted items" around?
i have a number of posted items, some relating to different subjects. it would be good if i could "stack" them in the appropriate order.

No you cannot since Posted Items is just a simple way to share and comment on content extracted from a URL. If this is something that interests you, make a suggestion to the Facebook Developers; they are always adding new features to the basic Facebook Applications.
