App trailers point fail?

So im using the program AppTrailer and i had 576 points and the program said that i didnt have enough points to buy the 100 point scratcher also when i wanted to add my points into my paypal account it said that i would only get 0.15 cents whats wrong with this i saw that 1 point = 1 cent from one of my friends so i cant understand this please help me

First, I just want to correct you about points. 10 points = 1 cent. (which is still pretty good compared to other reward programs). So your 576 points is actually $0.57.

About redeeming your points....I have heard of others having problems redeeming, although I have not. Maybe restart your phone? I think if you reinstalled it would take away what you've made so far, so I wouldn't recommend that. I would say keep using it and keep trying and hopefully it's a temporary problem.
