Why can you reply to some people on youtube/fb, but not others?
Is it a personal setting? How can i make it so people can reply to my comments?

check your setting on your accounts, my facebook completely public so anybody either friend or not can comment on my comments and send me messages and everything else but if I put it completely private then not even friends can comment on my comments or even in my wall
