Why Can't I Download Google Chrome?

I had to uninstall the Google Chrome previously installed because it didn't open any sites, only displayed blank white on the screen. Then I tried to download Chrome again. But this time, the chrome won't download and dialog box says, "Application download did not succeed. Check your network connection..."

There is no problem with my network connection because I can browse all kinds of websites and pages. Can you please tell me what might be the problem that preventing chrome to download? I will appreciate your help. Thank you so much in advance.

Restart your system and then uninstall google chrome set up completely from add or remove programs. Then install Google chrome again. Hope your problem will be solved. If not then try this downloading from this link https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/br...one=1#eula
