How do i get advertisers to my ptc site?

Im sure this gets asked constantly, but iv tried everything, and the "company" that sold me the site are way to impatient and rude to try and ask anything event though they say they have the best support ever bla bla bla. the dudes a jackass. Not to be rude but im not asking for a lecture about how its hard or pointless to start a ptc site, ill spend more money than i make.. or anything of the sort. I just need a slimmed down version on how to get advertiser to my ptc site so my users have ads to click! just need a little assistance as i suspect I am doing something wrong. thanks in advance!
