Can I trust this website?
I've never ordered a prom dress online before but there's this one that I just fell in love with. But the only problem is that the dress is cheap ($90) and the website is from Hong Kong, China. I've looked at reviews and I've only seen 2 bad ones the rest are 5 star reviews.
