My IP address is flagged because of a stalker reporter troll if you're wondering. What can I do to make them stop tracking my IP address or how would I go about changing my IP address? I've tried turning off the modem for a half an hour or an hour and all that, it didn't work.
internet fraud? do you have any idea how annoying having a stalker reporter troll is?
you both are no help.
@ Half Crazy -

1. If you take a nice good look at those community guidelines that you favor so much, you'll learn that it is against the guidelines to target a user with the report abuse feature.
2. I am so sorry that something went so wrong in your life to make you desperately need to stalk and report a teenage girl, considering you've been getting off on doing this for a few years now.
3. I hope that when your grandchildren grow up, you don't provide such an unstable environment for them like you seem to bring to Y!A.

It's about time a 59 year old woman like yourself wakes up and smells the coffee, don't you think?

You can't change your Static IP address like you can the Dynamic IP address. The Static IP address is issued by your ISP and only changes if you change your ISP. You can't hide because of your Static IP address. The ISP is required by the Federal Government to have this Static IP address so your internet travels can be tracked for security reasons. This is the IP address that the web sites that need verification of someone's location, use in case of the need to trace their activities. Kind of like having GPS tracking. The things you described will change your Dynamic IP address, but you can't do anything to change your Static IP address.

You can't. You're not getting suspended because of your IP address, you're getting suspended because you post nonstop violations and Y!A staff is made aware every time you make a new account to start posting violations on and then again when you make yet another and another to post more violations and supercede the limits.

Here's what you can do to stop getting suspended:
accept that you, Samantha, are not special and close enough to the edge that you are above/better than yahoo's rules. Nearly all your questions are chat violations and most of your answers are nonanswer insults.

Someone who reports violations and sends links to your account to y!AT because you constantly abuse the guidelines is not a troll of any sort. However, any user who constantly abuses the guidelines is, indeed a troll, according to Yahoo's definition.

If you have spent years thinking you are above the rules and you stiill blame the reporters for your problems you may need to rethink why you chose to check the little box next to "I understand and agree to abide by..." the rules.
