How do you change your 2014 Yahoo Avatar??

I have the Yahoo! Avatar but the settings have been updated and I have no idea how to change her clothes and looks and stuff? Please help!

At this time you can not upload a picture from a mobile device, perhaps that will change in the future.
For now profile changes must be made from a computer.
Go here , http://profile.yahoo.com top center put the arrow on your avatar or !, click change picture.
From there you can upload a Picture from your computer or import a picture from facebook. When finished click submit on the next page. Sometimes it dose not automatically go back to,

Yahoo Answers did away with their Avatar Maker.
If you want a custom avatar go to one of these sites and make a custom avatar, save it to your computer and upload it as a picture.

Yahoo no longer provides avatars so you can't change clothing or anything else on an old one however you can create a new one from other free sites see the links below.If you are on wireless you must wait until you are on a computer.
Choose either a cartoon or a photo avatar you had saved to your pc.
Create a personal avatar below not a moving or large one, right click and save it to your computer pc.
Check the first one to make a cartoon of your own photo.
