I don't play video games, or download movies. I just do face book, check email and watch video's for my school.

3 megabits per second should work.
I just checked a 720p HD YouTube video that my son was watching. Its bitrate was approximately 1.75 mbit/sec. 480p was less than 0.5 mbit/sec. As long as you're not sharing your internet connection with too many people, YouTube should perform properly. |
