There are some companies who sell sub domain names, you can still build website on it
but i will suggest you to register a domain name, which will give you full rights and control |

You can start with subdomain but full domain is good for your business. You can buy a new domain. When you buy domain name, you need to keep in mind that you will get what you pay for. If you pay just a few bucks for a domain name, then don't expect go get extra services such as a site builder, subdomains, and forwarding. Getting your website up and running is going to require more than just registering a domain name for it. You'll need hosting in order to upload it to the internet so that everybody can see it.
