Why does my xbox 360 keep kicking me out of games and parties?

I've had my xbox for about a year, nearly 2 years now so it can't be the xbox (I hoope) But recently my xbox has been kicking me from parties and games, and it make my games lag when im playing online, i recently got a booster because my internet was being slow, and i keep thinking it's that that is causing my xbox to lag and dc. Does anyone have any ideas what is happening??
This has only been happening for a couple of weeks but i really annoys me.

Open NAT?

What type of internet do you have? Satellite internet sucks for gaming, cable like through Comcast or Time Warner is best. Internet boosters don't usually do anything. You should post the results of a speedtest from speedtest.net as well.
