How to get rid of facebook timeline and get the old layout back?
at this moment its in the format where only I can see it , but I don't even want the timeline. So is there a a way for me to get the old layout back? reminder no one else can see the timeline yet, just me that's why I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of it.

Everyone will have the timeline shortly. Might as well get used to it.

as of feb 1st. you will have to get timeline. you better get use to it now. or dont have facebook. you pick.

before you got timeline, you could have gotten the old facebook back, by not publishing or posting that you got the new timeline.

There's no way to do that. Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.

Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.

Yes u can do by installing extension in your computer. just search facebook in a chrome store or mozilla.

You can't get rid of it sadly. Eventually, Facebook will make everyone have to use Timeline by February 1st. Lots of people have already been ranting on about how it sucks, but apparently Facebook doesn't care :\
Might as well get used to it until it changes.
