Bee aware there are differences between local and global SEO, you may need someone with more of a feel for the terrain than a cheap offshore SEO service might have. Just take care you are provided decent natural backlinks, some people are scrambling to recover from the recently added Google Penguin SEO spam filter.

You certainly want to get your Google Places Page (and Yahoo/Bing counterparts) to rank in the top 7 on page 1 for a local results, these pages have A-G labeled stick pin symbols in Google results.
Seo of your business site, including backlinks can contribute to the places page ranking. That's a good start giving addresses on the first page of your site. Getting as many local directory listing as possible with the exact same title and address helps your credibility as do reviews on the places page. These sites are good places to be listed.

joeant.com
botw.org
local.botw.org/
infousa.com
superpages.com
yelp.com
localease.com - (down and out?)
insiderpages.com
axiom.com
yellowpages.com
gimpsy.com
goguides.org
jayde.com
skaffe.com
stpt.com

These listings should be spread out, so it's something you could make some initial progress on immediately, here's one paid service that handles local listings localsitesubmit.com (I just saw them in search results, can't say if they are good or bad)

I do what you are asking for. The question is, when you say 'very cheap price' how cheap do you mean?

Keep in mind (I'm sure you already know) the potential for a dentist to earn a LOT is good. Do you want cheap, or do you want good - Something that will get the job done and bring in the customers?

Best,
Rezbi

Hi!
Here I suggest http://www.xnynz.com/ from whom I have got SEO for my websites recently. Their cost was very low. Now, my sites are doing well and also I am getting more traffic than earlier. As for content, it is up to you. You yourself need to decide on the stuff for your site to be updated or modified.
Best wishes.
