Click on the cog in the lower right of the video and lower the quality (if possible) to 360 or so. This will lower the quality of the video, but as far as I know that's the only way to get the video to stream faster.

On the bar of the video click the setting tool and click 144p or the lowest one .
Other than that delete you're history and cache and any unessacary tabs.
Little trick when it buffers pull the video back a few seconds and replay, it'll load a bit better .

There are many different solutions that will improve your viewing.

If you are listening to music videos, turn the quality down completely. For some people his is 240p and for others it's lower.

If you are actually watching videos, then is suggest you turn the quality down to whatever you can handle. If it's the lowest, good. Sometimes, it's 360p or maybe even a step up.

Another thing you can do is quit out of all tabs for this could slow you down. Deleting your history sometimes helps and closing out of other programs can speed this up a bit.

Finally, simply let it sit for a couple minutes on pause. Let it load, then try to play it.
