TP-LINK ROUTER WR740N Problem PLEASE HELP!?

Model : TL-WR740N Firmware Version: 3.16.5 Build 130329 Rel.62825n Hardware Version: WR740N v4 00000000 ISP : Local PPPoE Hello, I'm using this router for connecting 1 PC direct and laptop and few mobiles are wireless. The LAN network is always stable and never loses connection, but I'm having problems with the wireless connection. My laptop and 2 Android mobiles XPERIA TIPO DUEL and XPERIA M run on this Wi-Fi Connection On this wireless connection, after 2-3 minutes of surfing, or doing anything else the connection drops, Again 2/3 minutes this will be ok! Is any suitable setting for this router???plz help!!..... Ads |

It could be someone else close-by that has the same wireless channel number as you have, and this can cause interference.
Access your router setters by going into Internet Explorer, typing in 192.168.1.1, entering admin as username and admin as the password (if you haven't changed it). On the left hand side click "Wireless" Now you should see channel. Just change this to either 1, 6 or 11. Once you've done that; click System Tools and then click Reboot in the submenu. It's also worth noting that most routers cannot handle more than around 4 wireless devices connected up simultaneously without causing problems. Ads |

there can be 3 reason for this problem
try changing your wireless channel change your security type upgrade or downgrade your router firmware |
