twitter looks weird, only displays text?

My twitter looks weird in that wheni try to use it on the top left corner in bold letters it say "TWITTER" and underneath it has: HOME, CONNET, DISCOVER & ME" all in blue font with bullet ponts infront of them:

*CONNECT
*DISCOVER
*ME
then it says search query with two search boxes.
underneth tht there are 5 more bullet points, none with anything written infront of them, except for VERIFIED ACCOUNT IN blue font.
then it says
*SETTINGS AND HELP with blue font.

*DIRECT MESSAGES
*LIST
*HELP
*KEYBOARD AND SHORTCUTS
*SETTING AND SIGNOUT


WELL YOU GET THE IDEA RIGHT? IT'S REALLY ANNOYING AND THIS HAPPENS A LOT TO DIFFERENT WBSITES LIKE YAHOO, AND GROOVESHARK. SO PLEASE HEEEEELLLLP!

I'm no pro, but that's the HTML code. HTML is the infastructure of the website, and CSS is the "how it looks" part. The CSS has failed to load, try refreshing. If that doesn't work, delete your history with Twitter and your Caches. Should work, if not, it's your internet maybe?
