google chrome isnt working?

i have been using google chrome for a year and it was very good and fast but then a week ago when i opened it
it didnt load forever so i thought there was something wrong with my internet connection
but when i launched mozilla firefox the internet worked fine
but i dont want to use firefox beacause its slow
so i reinstalled google chrome 3 times but every time i install it
it only works one time then the same problem occurs so what can i do

For a year..??
You have to update the browser, or reset it

To reset Chrome
Press Windows Key + R to bring up command prompt.

Enter " %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data " without quotes and press enter..
You will find a "Default" folder .. Delete this folder and load chrome.
It will be reset to default settings.

And download new version of chrome!
