How good of a connection do I need to stream Titanfall on the Xbox One?

I've been trying to stream Titanfall since the game came out but it is way to laggy when I try to play, to laggy to play actually.

If you dont have a good upload speed then dont even bother trying. And by good upload speed I mean 4mbps+, that requires you have a better than standard internet connection, like Fibre Optic internet etc that gets you 70+ MBps download speeds.
