I keep losing my internet connection on my Windows 7?

I keep losing internet connection so I go to the connection button and it says there are no networks. so I click troubleshoot and it says my internet capabilities are turned off but the switch is on so i reset the switch does work. I tried fn f5, but it doesnt work. The only way my internet will restart is if I restart the computer but then the internet goes out soon after. Is there anything I can do?
