Yeah there is, my friend uses it. Search it on google to find out properly, sorry I couldn't be of more help - I don't know the name of it.

TweetDeck has this functionality, and is free. It's a bit bloated, and is buggy as heck on some platforms, but it is a very powerful and well laid out app. Currently available on Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android (beta and a bit broken).

yes there is a application on there that allows you to sync your facebook and twitter search for twitter application on the site and follow the instructions and you should be able to sync with twitter and facebook in no time

Use clipmarks they allow posting on all of the major sites.
