If I report someone on Tumblr, will they know I did?

I mean obviously there's the possibility that they will know they were reported but will they know who reported them?

I recently parted ways with an old friend - we parted on bad terms. He has repeatedly written nasty comments about me and my mental illness on two of his blogs. Today after unblocking him to check my mail, there was a lengthy hate message.

I have several screenshots to support a report of harrassment, but I'm scared of further harrassment by his friends or an alternative account. Any advice?
