Is FB messenger's text messages 100% FREE?
I plan on to use FB messenger to substitute for a regular phone text messages to save monthly extra cost (I'm not a text plan & don't want to pay extra $0.20/text).

you have to pay one time activation charges,receiving is free but sending messages charges but its not much,just the price of a normal message
