ok i use hathway
i tested my internet speed on speedtest.net and it was f****** sh**!
the download is just above 0 that is it fluctuates between 0.12-0.13 NEVER MORE THAN THAT
i have seen countless videos but none seem to be working actually
PLEASE GIVE ME BETTER SUGGESTIONS THAN TO CHANGE MY IP (WHICH WORK ACTUALLY!)

Hi there! Well, if I was at your place, I must've have actually changed my browser. I think Mozilla Firefox for me works perfectly! ( I never advise to use Google Chrome for a sounded browser) And I changed my browser but nothing improved, well the next option I will give you is to, remove the unwanted files, folders, applications you've never used before or don't want to use them anymore. Please remove the whole file, folder or application. Turn your modem off and on. Sometimes a simple reset can significantly increase your Internet speed. You can also turn your router on and off to see if that's helpful. Just make sure that you know your login information in case your computer requires you to enter it after the reset. Avoid running multiple devices at once. Turn off smartphones, tablets, Smart TVs, set-top boxes or other devices that you aren't currently using. If multiple devices are attempting to retrieve information from the internet, especially streaming video or gaming, you will see a loss of speed.

Check download speed mine is 8.03 mbps
upload speed 0.70 mbps

what your plan and how many system ( PC, Laptop, cellphone) you connect?

these all effect internet speed.

Check your speed with only 1 system connected it will definitely according to plan.

first switch off your modem for 2 minute - ON - test speed
if after that still facing problem.
