First, there is no such thing as an illegitimate person (sister or otherwise). All people are legitimate. If they're classified as homo sapiens sapiens, they all have the same intrinsic value.

Second, what sane person tries to find a person on Facebook for the alleged purpose of blocking that person on Facebook? That is just silly.

Third, what a beautiful name Maria Victoria Elizabeth is! How could you so mercilessly sully it by putting it in the same sentence as a grammatical error like "me and her are not friends"? It makes the eyes cringe just to look at the hideousness of the error next to the lovely string of consonants and vowels that comprise her name.

Fourth, the very best way to avoid someone is to ignore what he or she is doing. This is also known as being civil. This is also known as minding your business. This is also known as "live and let live". This is also known as getting a life.

Fifth, you should not be at enmity with your "sister". I have two half sisters, one of whom I've never met and one with whom I was raised. I'd feel sad if something bad happened to the one I've never met. And I'd feel unbearable, soul-crushing sorrow if something bad happened to the one with whom I was raised. How can you possibly hate a sibling (illegitimate or otherwise) so much that you would take your little issue to a public forum like Yahoo! Answers to ask this terrible series of questions?

It is likely she blocked you first or coincidental that she deactivated her facebook. Also, you should take off her name one her because it leaves you personally liable to be charged with some form of harassment.
