two years ago i started the jenny craig diet. I'm having trouble with it now and loosing interest. I would like to drop in jeans from a size five to a one. I weigh 138 pounds. I can't pay for a gym because i am only 16. I would enjoy tips to get smaller toned thighs, stomach, and hips. can you please give me exercises to get this desired size ? I run for 3.5km under 20 minutes 3 times a week.

I run a programme called 'Weigh To Go' and it specialises in healthy but affective weight loss. On average people using my programme lose 5lbs a week or even more!
