Having problems with Max Davis theme?

I'm using the theme Ultimate by Max Davis on my tumblr blog but my posts are pushed to the left or overlapping each other. There's a white, blank post all throughout the blog also...I already tried re installing it but it's not working. Any suggestions?

Yeah apparently there's an HTML issue with these Max Davis themese because I have the same issue using one of the pyramids theme. Perhaps there'll be modification in the near future but until then I would suggest finding a different theme provider.
