Please help I can't open Facebook or YouTube on Chrome and IE ( Internet Explore ) ?

Hi guys, since yesterday I can't open Facebook or YouTube on Chrome or IE, my Chrome is up to date btw. I've cleared the browser data, restarted my laptop but still doesn't work! All websites are running fine but FB and YT. Screenshot included.

Oh btw the IE says 'You're not connected to a network' But I did.

With Chrome:
. Hit top right button ... The 3 dashes
. Then select settings
. Scroll down to find "advanced settings"
. Scroll down again to find "Restore Browser Settings"
If this doest work, it might have something to do with permissions.
