SEO is 'Search Engine Optimisation'. It basically involves optimising your site so that it will be high up in search engine's results. The problem is that there are so many people offering electronics tutorials so you need to set yourself aside.
Firstly get a Twitter, Facebook and Youtube account (not a personal one but one for your site). get tweeting, posting and make tutorial videos which you can embed into your site using the code which you find when you select the share option under the video. Try to get your friends reading and then discussing it online, if you like your site on Facebook then 10 of your friends like it, then 10 of their friends like it the site could soon have spread across thousands of people
Secondly make sure that the domain is good, people won't visit if it is a .tk or a .cc but people will visit if it is a .com or a .net.
Thirdly, add content, lots of content and add meta tags to every page. Google adding meta tags if not sure.
Finally, don't pay for SEO, so many companies promise the world and fail to deliver. Just persevere, try to get friends reading and get sharing online.

Start with writing relevant content to your page. Avoid flash at all costs. Submit your site to the search engines and directories, register with Google Analytics and Webmaster tools as well as with Bing/Yahoo Webmaster tools. Promote your blog by joining communities and conversations related to your blog. Feel free to check out http://chroniclex.com for more info.

Dear patience is the key in SEO. You just cannot expect traffic in just few days or just in few post. Target you write keywords, write quality content as much as possible, create a facebook fan page, create a youtube video and host it on your blog. Make comments on blog, answer the questions all these mixed things will get traffic to your blog.
