What else can i do to cancel something i bought on Ebay?

2 days ago I bought something on eBay. Yesterday i went to look at it and realized its going to be shipping from the other side of the world. I found the same item closer and seeing as i need it asap i wanted to cancel it and get it from the other seller. I did message them they haven't responded they haven't even shipped it yet and its almost been 48 hours since i paid for it. I know its my fault for not checking their location first and if they would gave shipped it by now i wouldn't even be bothering with it I'd just accept that it'd take longer to get here. Ebay says contact them ask them to Retract the order. I did and no answer from them i messaged them 24 hours ago

It means they have already sent the item. It's about to deliver. It's upto the seller whether they want to cancel it or not.
