Hmm... not an expert but maybe something is in the way? O_o or internet connection settings is maybe mess up? you can check connection settings under tools in menu and go to internet options, then go to connections tab, and maybe LAN settings? if laptop maybe you press a switch that turned off connection? idk only trying to help don't hate me if it no works
