Twitter help please?

Ok, so I was looking through my ex-friends twitter account and i acceindently followed her. I didn't realize until 5 min. later that i followed her, but she barely goes on her twitter from what i can see. I know when new people unfollow me it automatically unfollows the person but i can see their name on my connect section of my twitter for a while and it goes away after a while . If i changed my name, picture, username and deactivated my account will the person see i followed them on their connect and know who i am. I know this dosent sound like a big deal but it is to me. Thx for the help

No matter what you do, your "ex" friend will still see. Unless you hack on to her account and delete the notification.
