Try the one on Facebook- Help Reduce Suicide, Depression & Stress Related Illness in Young Adults (aka Ó Lá Go Lá- Irish for 'Day by Day' I think).

They can really help in dark times, open from 9am-11pm I think? Often they have a crisis chat room/hotline also (not sure which it is- I only use the Facebook page), & a non-crisis support through Email.

You could also try tumblr, but that can be verrrrrryyyyyy triggering.

Maybe you could see a counsellor, or therapist & talk to them, who have seen it before.
