Can I advertise about commission in real estate agengy business?

Hello guys, I am planning to open a real estate agency business in Assam. Now I need to know this small information about advertising which might be a big help for my business. I would like to advertise about my business and in it I would like to add the commission I'll charge for selling my client's property. My advertisement will go something like this

"Sell your property through us and our commission is only 1.5% of your property value."
