What happens if you don't find Someone to cover your shift?
Hey, This Month I have to go on a School trip to spain.

I've already informed my boss and my manager about it, and they told me to find Someone to cover my shift.

And In my job contract it says that my School is always 1st priority.

I work at a Big supermarket, I work 2 hours monday and friday. I need Someone to cover my shift...

My departement have a FB page were we Can Exchange our shifts and stuff like that..

I've asked twice if anyone could cover my shift on the FB page... Still no responses..

I also wrote and asked a lot of the other Workers, none of Them were able to cover my shifts..

What Will happen if I Can find anyone to cover my shift?

Thank you. Smile

They'll probably fire you for not showing up. Try asking your boss for help one more time.

Speak to your supervisor and tell them that you cannot make those work dates and they will find someone else.

Do not leave this to the last minute - the more notice your supervisor has the better. They are not mind readers and will be expecting you to turn up as expected. if you let them down before they have time to find a replacement they could end up in trouble as their shift may be light-handed and you can be sure that they will remember your part in getting them into trouble.

Your best bet is to quit to save your record and when you get back you get a job at Costco where managers will find someone to cover you like a real business.

That's up to your employer. They might just assign someone to cover it, or they will keep you on the schedule. If they keep you on the schedule and you go on the trip, you may come back to no job.
