Internet explorer 11 issues!?

Basically, my pc crashed on internet explorer and when i booted it back up it wont let me search anything. I know im connected to the internet becuase i can run other internet related programs just fine. I cant access the console or anything and i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with no result. The best way i can describe this is that i cant don anything on it, i cant search or refresh the page at all. I have no clue what to do and any help would suffice thanks ( im typing via iphone btw)

Try to get on screen keyboard on because if it wont let you search it could be the keyboard but of course if it works on other things then you should just try to download google chrome, when i first got this i had a problem like it and just downloaded google chrome for free and it has worked as good as new.

Why are you using Internet Explorer x(

reboot your computer in safe mode with networking, and try to access it.
