how to allow Evey FB member to comment on my pic ?

if my friends come to my pic in fb they see the comment box and they comment ..
but if friends of friends come to see my pic in fb then they don't see a comment box to comment on it ??
is there any setting in fb to allow anyone to comment on my pic ?

Yes. You can find this under Account dropbox (top-right of the screen) -> Privacy Settings -> Personal information and posts. Now, under comments on posts change it from Only friends to friends of friends or Everyone on FB. That's it.
